Hydraulic manipulator "M-90"

Hydraulic manipulators are designed for mechanization of loading and unloading operations with assortments, logs, whips, etc.

Hydromanipulators are installed on MAZ, URAL, KrAZ, KAMAZ vehicles, in addition, on request, it can be installed on other energy facilities (railway platform, tractors of various modifications, etc.) or stationary.

On request, additional equipment can be provided with interchangeable load-gripping bodies: a grab for bulk materials, a grab for loading scrap metal, a hook suspension.

Hydraulic manipulators - modernized, control is carried out from the central station by two three-section distributors connected in parallel, located on both sides of the column, using two joysticks and two pedals.

Thanks to the improved design, an optimal balance of trajectories, weight and power is achieved. High-quality hydraulics provide smoothness, lightness and ease of operation.

Hydraulic manipulators are equipped with imported hydraulics:

high pressure hoses "Manulli" (Italy),
seals on hydraulic cylinders from Polypack (Italy);
hydraulic valve SDM-140 from Walvoil (Italy),
rotator GR-60 manufactured by Baltrotors (Latvia),
hydraulic pump 310.3.56 of Pnevmostroymashina OJSC (Russia).
