Round baler "PR-F-145SH"

The round baler PR-F-145SH is a modernized version of the basic product PR-F-145, designed for picking up rolls of hay, straw and pressing them into rolls with subsequent tying with twine.
It is aggregated with tractors with a capacity of 60-80 horsepower. It consists of a constant volume baling chamber, a drawbar with a hitching loop, a chamber base with two wheels, a pick-up mechanism, mechanical and hydraulic drives of working bodies, a pressing mechanism and electrical equipment. On request, the baler is equipped with an automatic control system for the working process of the unit.

The innovative design features of this modification are:

• width of the pick-up mechanism up to 195cm (for the basic model - 145cm)
• the distance between the pick-up teeth is up to 54mm instead of 88mm for the basic model with a simultaneous increase in the number of teeth
• diameter of the pick-up mechanism up to 344mm (for the base model - 454mm)
• a fork feeder is installed behind the pick-up mechanism
• the pressing mechanism of the PR-F-145P baler is used, which ensures the formation of a denser bale

The above design changes made it possible to significantly improve the quality of the machine and ensure almost one hundred percent cleanness of the selection of grasses and straw, regardless of the qualifications of the tractor driver and the shape of the swath, and, accordingly, increase the productivity of the baler.
