Tillage disc aggregates with a working width from 2 to 7.5 meters
Tillage disc units are designed for pre-sowing soil cultivation, for cutting soil layers after plowing meadows and pastures, for quick, shallow stubble cultivation with intensive mixing (peeling), they work smoothly even with a large amount of straw. Processing of corn fields with a large amount of straw and stubble, plowing of forage lands and reclamation of fallows, pre-sowing preparation and incorporation of liquid manure, leveling and rolling the surface of the field, creating a mulch layer, preventing wind and water erosion. Ensuring the simultaneous performance of two operations: soil disking and pre-sowing packing, makes it possible to sow various crops.
The working bodies of the units are equipped with cut-out spherical "chamomile" discs with a diameter of 560 mm and a thickness of 6 mm. The discs penetrate the soil to a depth of 5 to 16 cm.
Each disc of the unit is mounted on an individual stand, which allows the unit to work in fields with a large amount of plant residues and weeds, excluding winding of plant residues on the disc axis and clogging of the disc space, and also ensures high maintainability of the unit.
Tillage disc units are equipped with individual protection, which is provided by a system of four rubber shock absorbers (dampers), with the help of which each rack with a disc is individually attached to the frame, which allows the discs to move in the event of a collision with an obstacle, since each disc reacts independently, the working depth of the entire machine does not change. The attack angle of the front and rear disc batteries is 15 °.
One of the main advantages of tillage disc aggregates manufactured by Bobruiskselmash OJSC is the use of a reliable bearing assembly of its own production.
All parts that make up the bearing assembly, in particular: the housing, axle, bushing, covers, are made of high-quality carbon structural and alloy steels, the working surface zones are subjected to additional heat treatment, which increases the wear resistance of this assembly, and, accordingly, the term his service.
The unit uses a double-row angular contact ball bearing with a groove for entering the balls, which can withstand a significant radial load.
To protect the bearing from contamination and premature failure, cassette seals of such well-known brands in the field of rubber products as Simrit and Nak are used.
The production of component parts of the bearing assembly is carried out on high-precision double-spindle CNC machines, which ensure high quality and accuracy of the geometric parameters of the parts.
Depending on the soil and climatic conditions of the region in which these units are supposed to be used, a choice of press rollers is offered, adapted to all types of soils: spiral, toothed, slatted, tubular.

Designed for loosening the soil, breaking soil layers after plowing, for pre-sowing soil preparation without preliminary plowing, for tillage after harvesting row crops and trimming plant residues, for caring for meadows and pastures.
Harrows can be used in various agro-climatic zones, on all types of soils, including those prone to wind and water erosion, as well as on soils clogged with stones no more than 10 cm in size and wood residues up to 2 cm thick. degrees) up to 10 degrees, it is also possible to work on soils with wavy and even microrelief. Harrows can also be used in wet weather.
The battery is the main working body of the harrow. The battery contains spherical discs. The discs are mounted on an axle mounted in two bearing assemblies and are separated by bobbins.
The working bodies of the harrows are equipped with chamomile-type cut-out spherical discs, which are installed at angles of 120, 150, 180 to the direction of travel. The setting of the angle of attack of the batteries is selected depending on the required tillage depth, the degree of soil crumbling, on the moisture and hardness of the soil.
At angles of attack of 120, it is recommended to work on light soils with high humidity. 
At angles of attack of 150 and 180, it is recommended to work on hard soils.
Due to the special high-tech method of manufacturing and processing discs, as well as the material from which they are made, the service life of the working parts of the harrow is significantly increased compared to similar machines - depending on the operating conditions, the disc wear is 10 mm. on 2,500 hectares.
The bearing assembly consists of a ball bearing pressed onto a bushing. To protect the bearing from contamination, cuffs are installed in the covers.

Tooth harrow - designed to level and loosen the topsoil, reduce moisture evaporation from the topsoil, destroy weeds in the initial phase of development, break up soil clots, and is also suitable for working with crop residues, preparing the soil before sowing in fields with different types of soil and incorporation mineral fertilizers sown in a scattered way. 
The harrow can work in fields with small stones no more than 5 cm in size.
Thanks to its design, the harrow follows various soil contours. In addition, the tine of the harrow has the ability to tilt back, which makes it possible to reduce clogging of the sections with plant residues.
In one pass across the field, the harrow provides complete preparation of the soil for sowing, combining cultivation, loosening and leveling.
The deepening of the working bodies from the soil when turning, the transfer to the transport and working position is carried out using the hydraulic system of the tractor.
The track spacing when passing two sections (front and rear) is 12 mm. i.e with a tine width of 16 mm, no untreated soil surface remains on the field.
The working body of the harrow is a knife-like tooth, which is fixed on a hinged frame, has a quadrangular cross-section with working angles of 90 and 57 degrees, this allows you to increase the working width and overall performance of the equipment, while reducing the cost of fuels and lubricants and the specific costs of servicing the tractor per unit of sown area ...
Also installed are limiters having two working angles 150 and 350. The limiter limits the deflection of the tooth back.
When the harrow is moved towards A, the tooth will work at an angle of 570 as a knife-like one and deviate slightly back due to the angle of the stop equal to 150. When setting the teeth at such an angle, the harrow is used to loosen the surface layer of the soil after deep plow-free plowing, as well as for early spring harrowing in order to preserve moisture and for pre-sowing treatment.
When the harrow is moved towards B, the tooth will work at an angle of 900 like a rectangular tooth, will deviate more backward, compact the soil and prepare the seedbed for sowing. They are used for work on heavy and medium soils. These tines grind the soil well horizontally.
Adjustment of the angle of installation of the teeth (angle 570 or angle 900) is made by turning the front sections by 1800, the rear sections, or one of them.
Rippers are additional working bodies that are attached with stepladders to the central frame. The loosening tines are spaced 170 mm apart in two rows. Row spacing 310 mm. The beams have a vibrational nature of work, as a result of which the working bodies are automatically cleaned.
The tooth harrow BZ -22 can be equipped with 12 replaceable harrow sections, which are installed instead of the toothed sections. The harrow sections are completed with 6 teeth; 7; 8 mm (at the request of the buyer) with the possibility of changing the angle of inclination of the tooth. Thus, we get two cars in one.
The main advantages of the harrow: 
- flexible design of the loop makes it possible to completely copy the soil surface; 
- the special quadrangular profile of the tooth, in comparison with the square profile, has less soil resistance and, as a result, significantly reduces the required tractive effort of the tractor; 
- the use of rolled products made of high-carbon steel, as well as the appropriate heat treatment in the manufacture of teeth, provide a long service life of equipment before replacing the working bodies; 
- the ability to install teeth at different angles to ensure the desired depth of soil cultivation; 
- the establishment of 16 rows of teeth allows you to get high quality pre-sowing soil cultivation; 
- the hydraulic system makes the transition from transport position to working position very quick and convenient.
It is a complete analogue of the American McFarlane harrow.
