The shredder and packer of wet grain is designed for grinding and storing in a polymer sleeve of feed grain with a moisture content of up to 40% for low-tonnage harvesting and storage of feed without the accumulation of mycotoxins while maintaining nutritional value.
The packing density of the crushed wet corn grain reaches 1000 kg / m3. A polymer sleeve is used, as for packing crimped grain. The shredder can be equipped with equipment for adding preservatives.

Designed for grinding grain crops for the subsequent production of animal feed. It allows you to grind various types of cereals (wheat, corn, barley, oats, etc.) with a moisture content of up to 40% and feed it to a vehicle or to mixers (if necessary), or directly to storage areas (canning). The average particle size when grinding a grain mixture is 1.8 mm. In the off-season, it can be used for grinding feed grains for current use.
The shredder kit may include equipment for adding a preservative.
In order to prevent the growth of mycotoxin-forming fungi in feed, the grinder is equipped with equipment for adding a preservative. For this purpose, neutral anolyte or catholyte can be used. To obtain them, there are electrochemical installations UEH 60-120 and UEH 125-250 (60-120 and 125-250 liters per hour).

Baler PRP-160 is designed for picking up rolls of hay, dried grass, straw, if necessary, with crushing the selected mass, pressing them into rolls, followed by tying with a net or twine.
The baler is aggregated with tractors of traction class 1.4 equipped with a PTO with a rotational speed of 9 s (-1), a rear towing hitch TSU-1Zh, a pneumatic system for driving brakes, a hydraulic system for driving working bodies, a socket for connecting light-signal equipment and a socket electrical equipment. When pressing dried grass, it is recommended to use a tractor of traction class 2.

Balers are aggregated with tractors of drawbar category 0.6 in accordance with GOST 27021, which have a three-point hitch, a power take-off shaft (PTO), a front ballast, hydraulic system outputs, a socket for connecting electrical equipment.

A cutting bar with a working width of 3.1 m can be installed on disc mowers KDP-310, KPN-3.1, KDF-310.
It allows you to get a high-quality cut at high speeds (up to 15 km / h), as well as in conditions of low yield of grasses due to the large overlap of the trajectory of the knives. It is produced in two versions, depending on the drive (right or left). Supplied with additional shoes for working on stony soils. In order to prevent damage to the gears, protection is provided on the drive shafts of the rotors (shear groove). 360 degree rotation of the knives provides additional protection. Fully complies with the international standard ISO5718.

Trailer special tractor 2PTS-4.5 for transportation of various agricultural and construction bulk cargo, organic fertilizers with a bulk weight of up to 1.6 t / m³ with unloading back and on two sides. The use of the trailer is possible in all soil and climatic zones, except for mountainous ones.
The two-axle trailer with four tires 13.0 / 75-16HC8 is equipped with pneumatic brakes.
The unloading of the trailer is carried out using one hydraulic cylinder located in the center of the trailer loading platform. The choice of the unloading side is made by manually unlocking the corresponding locks connecting the cargo platform to the trailer frame.
The trailer can be manufactured in two versions:
2PTS-4.5 - special tractor trailer;
