The cultivator is designed for continuous soil cultivation after plowing in preparation for sowing, early spring closure of moisture, steam and semi-steam cultivation. In one pass across the field, the cultivator provides complete preparation of the soil for sowing, combining cultivation, loosening and leveling.
Unlike a plow, the cultivator performs shallow loosening of the soil without turning the seam and without bringing the lower layers to the surface, combined with cutting weeds.
The cultivator has an individually driven system of sections of the working bodies with a vibrating nature of work, as a result of which the working bodies are automatically cleaned. 
- Cultivators KPS-13 and KPN-6 are equipped with loosening tines. 
- The KPS-13-1 cultivator is equipped with duckfoot paws. 
- Pointed shares are installed in two rows, loosening - in three rows.
For leveling the surface of the field and creating a fine crumbly topsoil, spring-loaded tines are provided.
- The cultivator, at the request of the consumer, is completed with additional equipment - a roller attachment KPS-13.25.00.000, which consists of five compacting roller sections. 
- Adjustment of the depth of cultivation of the side sections is carried out by means of support wheels. The depth of travel of the working bodies is changed by moving the wheels relative to the frames. When the wheels move up, the depth of travel of the working bodies increases; when moving down, it decreases.
The cultivator is equipped with three types of beads: short, long and bypass.
- The short bead has an individually hinged - leash connection to the frame, in which each leg, attached to a separate leash - the beam, copies the relief of the field independently of other beams. 
- The long beam has a hinged sectional drive connection to the frame, when several legs are attached to one beam. Two legs are attached to a long beam. 
- The bypass beam has a hinged sectional frame connection to the frame. Four legs are attached to the bypass beam.
The main working bodies of the cultivator are tines with tines: 
1) a spring rack with a loosening lance-shaped paw with a capture width of 45 - 55 mm; 
2) a rigid stand with a universal duckfoot share (crumbling angle 250 - 300) with a grip width of 270 mm.
The placement of the paws on the cultivator frame is carried out on the basis of the condition of preventing clogging of the cultivator with plant residues.
- The loosening tines are spaced 170 mm apart in three rows. The distance between the rows is 350 mm. 
- Pointed legs are spaced 255 mm apart in two rows. The distance between the rows is 700 mm.
The tines perform the harrowing function, which ensures better soil cultivation: cutting blocks, leveling the field, creating a fine crumbly topsoil, combing out weeds and plant residues.
The cultivator's hydraulic system is designed to transfer the cultivator from the transport position to the working position and vice versa.
Cultivators KPS-13 and KPS-13-1 have two stages of folding: the first stage of folding - with the help of hydraulic cylinders, all frames are raised to a vertical position, the second stage of folding - with the help of hydraulic cylinders, the side frames are folded in a horizontal plane. When unfolded, the opposite is true.

The hiller is intended for cutting ridges before planting cassava and other row crops similar to it, as well as for inter-row cultivation.
The design of the hiller allows it to be readjusted for a row spacing from 600 to 1000 mm, which makes it possible to use it with various types of planting and harvesting machines. 
The hiller is aggregated with tractors of traction class 1.4 by means of a hitch.
Principle of operation.
When the tractor is moving, each disc working body of the hiller progressively moves with the tractor and simultaneously rotates around its axis cuts a part of the soil layer, crumbles it and throws it to the side.
The scheme of the hiller is constructed in such a way that the stands with disks installed towards each other, when the tractor moves, while rotating, they throw a layer of soil towards each other, as a result of which a ridge necessary for planting or hilling is obtained from the soil.
Work in the field must be done by shuttle.

Tillage disc units are designed for pre-sowing soil cultivation, for cutting soil layers after plowing meadows and pastures, for quick, shallow stubble cultivation with intensive mixing (peeling), they work smoothly even with a large amount of straw. Processing of corn fields with a large amount of straw and stubble, plowing of forage lands and reclamation of fallows, pre-sowing preparation and incorporation of liquid manure, leveling and rolling the surface of the field, creating a mulch layer, preventing wind and water erosion. Ensuring the simultaneous performance of two operations: soil disking and pre-sowing packing, makes it possible to sow various crops.
The working bodies of the units are equipped with cut-out spherical "chamomile" discs with a diameter of 560 mm and a thickness of 6 mm. The discs penetrate the soil to a depth of 5 to 16 cm.
Each disc of the unit is mounted on an individual stand, which allows the unit to work in fields with a large amount of plant residues and weeds, excluding winding of plant residues on the disc axis and clogging of the disc space, and also ensures high maintainability of the unit.
Tillage disc units are equipped with individual protection, which is provided by a system of four rubber shock absorbers (dampers), with the help of which each rack with a disc is individually attached to the frame, which allows the discs to move in the event of a collision with an obstacle, since each disc reacts independently, the working depth of the entire machine does not change. The attack angle of the front and rear disc batteries is 15 °.
One of the main advantages of tillage disc aggregates manufactured by Bobruiskselmash OJSC is the use of a reliable bearing assembly of its own production.
All parts that make up the bearing assembly, in particular: the housing, axle, bushing, covers, are made of high-quality carbon structural and alloy steels, the working surface zones are subjected to additional heat treatment, which increases the wear resistance of this assembly, and, accordingly, the term his service.
The unit uses a double-row angular contact ball bearing with a groove for entering the balls, which can withstand a significant radial load.
To protect the bearing from contamination and premature failure, cassette seals of such well-known brands in the field of rubber products as Simrit and Nak are used.
The production of component parts of the bearing assembly is carried out on high-precision double-spindle CNC machines, which ensure high quality and accuracy of the geometric parameters of the parts.
Depending on the soil and climatic conditions of the region in which these units are supposed to be used, a choice of press rollers is offered, adapted to all types of soils: spiral, toothed, slatted, tubular.

Designed for loosening the soil, breaking soil layers after plowing, for pre-sowing soil preparation without preliminary plowing, for tillage after harvesting row crops and trimming plant residues, for caring for meadows and pastures.
Harrows can be used in various agro-climatic zones, on all types of soils, including those prone to wind and water erosion, as well as on soils clogged with stones no more than 10 cm in size and wood residues up to 2 cm thick. degrees) up to 10 degrees, it is also possible to work on soils with wavy and even microrelief. Harrows can also be used in wet weather.
The battery is the main working body of the harrow. The battery contains spherical discs. The discs are mounted on an axle mounted in two bearing assemblies and are separated by bobbins.
The working bodies of the harrows are equipped with chamomile-type cut-out spherical discs, which are installed at angles of 120, 150, 180 to the direction of travel. The setting of the angle of attack of the batteries is selected depending on the required tillage depth, the degree of soil crumbling, on the moisture and hardness of the soil.
At angles of attack of 120, it is recommended to work on light soils with high humidity. 
At angles of attack of 150 and 180, it is recommended to work on hard soils.
Due to the special high-tech method of manufacturing and processing discs, as well as the material from which they are made, the service life of the working parts of the harrow is significantly increased compared to similar machines - depending on the operating conditions, the disc wear is 10 mm. on 2,500 hectares.
The bearing assembly consists of a ball bearing pressed onto a bushing. To protect the bearing from contamination, cuffs are installed in the covers.
