Plow bodies PK 20.010 (PK 20.010-01 - turning) are equipped with plows of our production type PO for plowing soils for grain and industrial crops with a resistivity of up to 0.1 MPa (1.0 kgf / cm²), to a depth of up to 30 cm and a working speed 7 - 9 km / h.
This body is an analogue of body No. 9 manufactured by the Norwegian company "Kverneland" and has an original design: - an elongated semi-screw blade (without blade blade), the angle in plan between the share and the furrow wall is 38 degrees. The reversible chisel is attached directly to the share. The body provides plowing of soddy soils with a large amount of plant residues, plowing of green manure by 98%, with a moisture content of the treated layer up to 25%, and is less energy-intensive (by 15%) compared to bodies with a grip of 40 cm. Produced in the CIS countries.
All highly wear parts of the body are made of high quality steels (65 G, 60 PP) and heat-treated.
A leaf spring mechanism is used to protect the bodies when working on stony soils.
This body has no analogues in the production of tractor plows in the CIS countries.

4-body mounted plow PLN-4-35P (PLN-4-35P-2) is designed for plowing soils for grain and industrial crops to a depth of 27 cm, not clogged with stones, flagstone and other obstacles, with a resistivity of up to 0.1 MPa (1.0 kgf / cm²).
The PLN-4-35P plow is aggregated with tractors T-74, DT-75, DT-75M (PLN-4-35P-2 with tractors Belarus-1025, 1221).
The plow is equipped with semi-screw bodies PLP-01.000 with scrapers, which ensure the incorporation of crop and plant residues into the soil with a quality of up to 98%.
The toe of the body is reinforced with a special pad (chisel), which increases the wear resistance of the plowshare and blade chest. Composite blade and reverse sidewall increase the working time resource of intensively worn body parts, which reduces the weight of spare parts. All highly wear parts of the bodies are made of 65G steel and heat-treated.

5-case mounted plow PLN-5-35P (PLN-5-35P-2) is designed for plowing soils for grain and industrial crops to a depth of 27 cm, not clogged with stones, flagstone and other obstacles, with a resistivity of up to 0.1 MPa ( 1.0 kgf / cm²).
The PLN-5-35P plow is aggregated with tractors of the 3 kN class T-150, T-150K, (PLN-5-35P-2 with tractors Belarus-1221,1523).
The plow is equipped with semi-screw bodies PLP-01.000 with scrapers, which ensure the incorporation of crop and plant residues into the soil with a quality of up to 98%.
The toe of the body is reinforced with a special overlay, which increases the wear resistance of the share and blade chest. Composite blade and reverse sidewall increase the working time resource of intensively worn body parts, which reduces the weight of spare parts. All highly wear parts of the bodies are made of 65G steel and heat-treated.
The legs of the semi-screw housings are interchangeable with the serial ones, which allows the installation of the PLP-01.000 housings. on plow frames of the PLN type previously manufactured by other enterprises of the CIS countries.
The plow is delivered assembled without a set of spare parts. The plant is ready to supply replaceable working bodies and spare parts for the plow at the request of consumers

The 8-case mounted plow PN-8-35U is designed for plowing for grain and industrial crops to a depth of 27 cm, not clogged with stones, flagstone and other obstacles, with a resistivity of up to 0.1 MPa (1.0 kgf / cm²). The plow is aggregated with tractors of the 5 kN class (K-701, K-700A).
The design features of the plow are:
Increased clearance under the frame (up to 700mm). 
Reinforced frame made of 160 cm high profile. 
Reinforced racks with PLP-01.000 semi-screw bodies are taken out from under the plow frame, which increases the reliability of the technological process. 
A hinged device with a suspension axis, provides convenience and safety of the assembly of the unit. 
The variable width of the plow will allow you to set the optimum speed of the unit and the depth of plowing. 
Pneumatic front support wheel. 
The three-bar linkage excludes the shocks from the tractor, which ensures a stable plow travel and improves the quality of plowing. 
Changeable productivity of the arable unit reaches 22-25 hectares.
Working bodies (housings, angle-removable, circular knife) are unified with the plows produced by the Minsk Gear Plant.

The PON-3-35 plow is designed for smooth plowing of weak and medium-stony soils with a resistivity of up to 0.1 MPa (1.0 kgf / cm²), a plowing depth of 27 cm. The reversible plow works on all types of soils with a moisture content of the cultivated layer up to 25% ... Stubble and grass stand height up to 25 cm.
The plow is aggregated with tractors of class 1.4 with an engine power of 90-110 hp (Belarus 920,1025).
The design of the plow provides the benefits of smooth plowing without stumping ridges and furrows. The plow is equipped with right- and left-hand turning hulls of the PK type produced by MZSH OJSC, similar to hulls No. 9 by Kverneland (Norway). The share tip is reinforced with a special reversible chisel. All highly wear parts of the enclosures are made of high-quality steel and heat-treated. Shear bolts are used to protect the enclosures from overload.
The PON-3-35 plow is supplied to the consumer assembled. Minsk Gear Plant is ready to supply replaceable working bodies and spare parts for plows at the request of consumers.

The plow PKMP-3-40R is intended for processing old-arable, weakly and medium-stony soils with a resistivity of up to 0.1 MPa (1.0 kgf / cm), and a plowing depth of up to 25 cm. The plow works on all types of soils with a moisture content of the cultivated layer up to 25%. Stubble and grass stand height up to 25 cm.
The plow is aggregated with tractors of class 1.4 - MTZ-80/82, MTZ-100, with a tractor track width of 1400 - 1600 mm.
The plow is equipped with PC 16.000 semi-screw type bodies with extended semi-screw dumps and a spring protection system, which serves to lift the bodies when hitting obstacles (stones, flagstones and other objects) and automatically deepen them after overcoming obstacles. The share tip is reinforced with a special chisel. All highly wear parts of the enclosures are made of high-quality steel and heat-treated.
The PKMP-3-40R plow is supplied to the consumer assembled.

The share tip is reinforced with a special chisel. All highly wear parts of the enclosures are made of high-quality steel and heat-treated.
The PKM-4-40R plow is equipped with a mechanism for stepwise adjustment of the furrow width of 35, 38, 40, 42, 45 cm bodies. The PKMP-4-40R plow provides a constant body width of 40 cm.
